In the event that any content or material that is protected by any proprietary rights is transferred to our servers Agent Listing Websites is not responsible for any infringement. Any content or material that you personally transfer to our servers may be used as you see fit, but the right to modify, remove, or display the material is retained by Agent Listing Websites. Any content or material that you DO NOT personally transfer to our servers may not be copied, edited, or published in any form unless express consent is given by Agent Listing Websites. Any content retreived from our servers may not be used in any way unless it has been expressed in this Terms of Service! Retreiving and/or storing data hosted on our servers is forbidden unless personally transferred by you.
Domain Names
In the event of a new Domain Name registration, Agent Listing Websites will immediately register your requested domain name and obtain ownership of said domain name. One Domain Name is included in your initial subscription fee. Additional Domain Names may be requested at a low rate of $10.00 per Domain Name. All Domain Names requested through Agent Listing Websites will be maintained, free of charge, as long as you use our service. You may purchase the Domain Name outright for $10.00 per year.
Public Display of Information
By using our service you acknowledge that all content or material that you transfer to our site may be publicly displayed. Any information that you DO NOT want publicly displayed may be easily removed from our database. This includes, but is not limited to, Full Names, Phone Numbers, E-Mail Adresses, and Street Addresses.
Indemnification
In the event that any legal matters should arise from your use of our service, you agree to defend and hold harmless Agent Listing Websites from all liablities, expenses, and/or fees. You agree to represent the defense of Agent Listing Websites in any matter.
